Ralph Watson "Toad" Danser, 81, of Morgantown, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2014, at Martha's Manor. He was born May 1, 1933 in Tunnelton, WV and raised in Star City.; the son of the late Artis R. and Alice (Zetty) Danser. Ralph was a Veteran of the Korean Conflict having served with the U. S. Army. After the war, he moved to Fontana, California in 1958. He returned to Morgantown in 1993, after he retired from the Postal Service in Fontana, California. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 41 years, Catherine Cipolloni Danser; three brothers, Arthur, Thomas and Gary Danser, and two sisters Betty Burch and Rita Ryan. He is survived by one brother, Darrell Danser of Grass Valley, CA; four sisters, Janet Wilson of Morgantown, Shirley Miller of Murrieta, CA, Connie Wilhelm of Redding, CA and Mary Jane Hancock of Cover D'Alene, ID. He was also survived by many nieces and nephews. According to Ralph's wishes he will be cremated and no services held. We want to thank the staff at Martha's Manor for their excellent care and to Amedysis Hospice and staff for their loving care.
