Lucille Elaine (Johns) Drew, 82, of Morgantown, passed away Friday, April 17, 2015. She was born in Johnstown, PA on July 1, 1932, the daughter of the late Gladys McFeaters Johns and Spurgeon Johns. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Lucille was a graduate of Lake Erie College. She went on to be a school teacher for many years, a member of Harner Chapel, and volunteered at Ruby Memorial Hospital Cancer Center where she was known as the Tea Lady and was awarded the Volunteer of the Year Award. Lucille is survived by her children: Catherine Drew of MD and Harry M. Drew III of Morgantown; grandson, Drew Boken of MD; brothers: Spurgeon Johns and wife Barbara of PA., Thomas Johns III and wife Antje of PA, and brother-in-law, John Drew of NC. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry M. Drew, Jr. Family and friends will be recieved at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown on Monday, April 20th from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 12:00 (noon) with Pastor Linda Masters officiating.
