Allene Musgrave

Allene Poole Musgrave, 87, of Kingwood Pike, Morgantown, passed away Friday, December 4, 2009, at her residence.Allene was born in Morgantown on February 25, 1922, the daughter of the late George and Argyle E. Brown Poole.She was a homemaker. She is survived by her sons John Musgrave and Carl Musgrave and her former daughter-in-law Joann Musgrave, two grandchildren, Amy Musgrave and Ben Musgrave, and a great-granddaughter, Emilee Musgrave.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Brent Musgrave in 2008, sisters, Mildred Campbell and Norma Brooks and a brother, Robert Poole. Friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, from 4:15-8:15pm on Sunday, December 6, and from 12noon â" 1pm on Monday, December 7. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 1pm with Pastoer Dan Meadows officiating.
