Bonnie Carlson

Bonnie B. Carlson 76, of Morgantown, passed away on August 10, 2019, at home. Bonnie was born on August 8, 1943, the daughter of the late John and the late Jane Ballantyne. Bonnie enjoyed her relationship with Christ, her time as a member and past president with the Monongahela Garden Club and enjoyed playing bridge. Bonnie is survived by her loving husband of 55 years Carl (Ernie)Carlson; sons and spouses; Carl and Michelle and Mark and Sabrina; brother, Jack Ballantyne. The family would like to thank Morgantown Hospice, especially Tracy, Sun, Sara and Maureen for their kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Friends and family will be received at Spruce St. United Methodist Church, 386 Spruce St, Morgantown, on Tuesday, August 20, from 10 am until the time of the memorial service at 11 am with Rev. Neil Leftwich officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to Spruce St. United Methodist Church.
