Carol Jean Rohr

Carol Jean Rohr, 68 of Morgantown, passed away peacefully with her husband by her side at home on May 16, 2026.

Carol was a graduate of Morgantown High School and started her career as a sales associate until she was able to pursue her dream of owning and operating her own pet boarding business.

She created Carol’s Pampered Pets and excelled at providing a clean, safe, and loving environment for all her clients. She later accepted Morgantown’s K9 units due to her excellent care.

Carol is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Norman Rohr; her mother, Goldie Campbell; mother-in-law, Wilma Rohr; sisters, Kim Hart (Greg), Sandra Sickles, and Kelli Christopher (Tracy); nieces, Candace McDonald (Ricky), Ashley Nicholson (Barry), Kristy Murray (Ryan); nephews, Ryan Hart (fiancé Tabatha Nuzum), and Shane Christopher (fiancé Brooke Cornell).

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Campbell; father-in-law, Norman Rohr, Sr.; and sister, Terri Campbell.

Hastings Funeral Home has been entrusted with cremation arrangements. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
