Charles B. Luttrell

Charles B. Luttrell passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at the age of 61.

He was born in Harrodsburg, KY and spent his life in Morgantown, WV. He was a civil engineering graduate from West Virginia University with an incredible eye for detail. Charlie could always be spotted with an English Labrador by his side, as he was a devoted dog lover. Charlie also loved to build things and took great care in making sure each job was done correctly and done well.

Charlie is survived by his nephews, Benjamin Daniell and Joshua Daniell; as well as his aunt, Ruth Ipe. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fern and Larry Luttrell; and his sister, Michele Daniell.

In accordance with his wishes, Hastings Funeral Home has provided cremation services and his remains will be scattered by his family.
