Charlotte Ann Kyer

Charlotte Ann Chipps Kyer, 59, of Morgantown passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at J W Ruby Memorial Hospital of Morgantown, WV. She was born in Uniontown, PA, on September 24, 1958, a daughter of the late Lloyd Henery Chipps and Jessie Louise Ruble. Charlotte was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Ralph Kyer; children, Jason Kyer and fiancé, Heather, and Jennifer Kyer and fiancé, Dane Mitchell; grandchildren, Katrina Kyer, Autumn McCourt, and Adrionna Lynn Kyer; stepchildren, Melissa Kyer, and Troy Dalton; niece and nephews, Angel Murray, Raymond Murray, and Justin Sapp; siblings, Alice S. Chipps, Mary Chipps, Barbara Sapp and husband, Steve, Loyd Chipps and Earnest Chipps. In addition to her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by three brothers, John Raymond Chipps, Russell Lee Chipps and Douglas R. Chipps; stepson, James E. Kyer; father-in-law Author Kyer; mother-in-law Clara Kathleen Kyer; and brother-in-law Thomas Author Kyer Family and friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown, on Sunday, July 1 from 12 Noon until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Zion Cemetery.
