Clyde Edgell, Jr.

Clyde (Punkin) Edgell, Jr., 76, of Maidsville, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2020. He was born on August 20, 1944, son of the late Clyde Edgell, Sr., and Garnett (Richard) Edgell. Punkin loved music and sports. He especially loved Mountaineer and Steelers football. He is survived by sisters, Selma Strakal and Geraldine Bennett; brothers James, Ronnie and Charles Edgell, as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Sandra Crider. The family would like to extend a special thank you to The Madison for their loving care and compassion during his stay. In keeping with Clyde's wishes, Hastings Funeral Home/Omega Crematory will provide cremation services with no visitation.
