Debra L. Clark King, 70, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2026, in Morgantown, West Virginia. She was born on March 9, 1956, in Fayette County, PA to the late Oscar L. Clark Jr. and the late Norma Foley Clark.
For over 40 years, Debra served as a dietetic assistant in the cafeteria at Ruby Hospital, where her kindness and unwavering work ethic touched the lives of countless patients and colleagues.
Debra had a wide range of hobbies, but family remained her true passion. She was happiest when surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She was also a faithful member of Calvary Baptist church which was a cornerstone in her life, guiding her through life's challenges and inspiring those around her.
Debra is survived by her sons, Jason R. King and his wife Jodi, Robert King and his partner Cheryl, and John King and his partner Haily; grandchildren, Tiffani, Madison, Hannah, Savannah, Alexis, Emma, Caileigh, Harper, Nova; Great Grandson Anthony, sisters, Janet Rogers and her husband Artie, and Tonya Bryan; brothers, Michael L. Clark and his wife Kathy, and Thomas D. Clark and his wife Jan, Sister-in-law, Debra L Fox Clark Arthur
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond J. King, Brother, Oscar L Clark III, Brother-in-law, Stanley Bryan.
Debra’s legacy will forever live in the hearts of those who knew her.
Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown on Monday, April 6th from 11:00am until the time of the funeral service at 1:00pm with Pastor Teresa Prince officiating. Interment will follow at Zion Cemetery in Morgantown.
