Ella Mcmillen

Ella Mae (Himes) McMillen, 82, passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning February 10, 2010, at Monongahela Hospital in Monongahela, Pa. She was born in Morgantown, WV on April 9, 1927 the daughter of the late Noah and Charlotte (Lease) Himes.She was employed by Wal-Mart in Granville WV., till she left because of illness. She was very active in her Church and Loved Serving the Lord. She is survived by her stepson Robert L. McMillen Sr. daughters: Linda S. & husband James Younger Sr. of MD Elma (Lee) Trona of Pa. Betty M. and husband Joseph Pergola of Pa. grandchildren, Robert L. and wife Jan McMillen of MD John Collins of Pa. Michelle Rowe and family of Pa. Kimberly Rowe of Pa. Erica Rowe and family of Pa. Melissa & husband William Hartman of Pa. Jaime & husband James Schuster and family of MD 25 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Ella was preceded in death by her husband Elmer L. and son Elmer G. McMillen and her brothers and sisters. She was the last surviving child of her immediate family. Family and friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown on Saturday February 20, from 2 to 4p.m. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. with Reverend Dale Rexroad officiating. Burial will be held at the Fairview Cemetery on the Grafton Road.
