Evan John Raudenbush

Evan John Raudenbush, 38, passed away Sunday, November 20th at his family home in Morgantown. He was born November 19, 1978 in Norfolk, VA, a son of Patricia Raudenbush and the late Eric Raudenbush. He was an avid reader who also enjoyed playing the piano and cooking. He had been employed as a CA at WVU Hospitals and an EMT for Monongalia County. Nothing pleased him more than to be together with his family. He had a genuine smile, quick wit, and relished in having thoughtful conversation with those around him. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his two sons, Hayes and Dante, two brothers and one sister, Owen Raudenbush and girlfriend Sarah Baucom of Raleigh, NC, Alan Raudenbush and wife Ashley of Birmingham, AL and Erica Danko and husband Daniel of Baltimore, MD; nieces and nephew, Alana, Brynna, and Ross Raudenbush of Birmingham; grandmother, Arline Raudenbush of Seminole, FL; aunt and uncle, Reid and Colleen Raudenbush of Kennedyville, MD; and aunt, Pam Talbot of Pearl City, HI. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, John Raudenbush of Seminole, FL, and maternal grandparents, George and Joanne Ross of Annandale, VA. Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown on Saturday, November 26th from 3 PM until the time of the funeral service at 5 PM.
