Joann (Eigenbrod) Barnes, 84, formerly of Wheeling, WV, passed away on Friday, December 21, 2018. She lived with her daughter Frances for many years. Joann enjoyed spending her days with Katie (Yorkiepoo), bird watching, and reading. Hastings Funeral Home held a private graveside interment.
