Florine Wolfe

Florine Wolfe, 91, of Morgantown, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Point Manor in Point Marion, PA. Mrs. Wolfe was born in Morgantown on July 24, 1925, the daughter of the late George Gatian and the late Geneva (Donley) Gatian. Mrs. Wolfe was a Methodist by faith. She is survived by her grandsons, Matthew Baker and his fiancé Bonnie Shiflett and Andrew Baker and his wife Kimmi; great grandchildren, Matison Baker and Macen Baker ; son in law, Richard Baker; sister in law, Doris Gatian; and several nieces and nephews, including special nephew, Tommy Gatian and his wife Sherry and their children, T.J. and Anthony. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, John Wolfe; daughter, Sandra Baker; and siblings and their spouses, Lawrence Gatian, Carl Gatian (Dorothy), Donald Gatian (Mary Ellen), Donovan Gatian (Rose), her twin sister, Geraldine Nicholson (Kenneth), and Agnes Saunders (Luke). The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff of Point Manor for their loving care and support. Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown on Tuesday, August 16th from 4-8 PM and again on Wednesday, August 17th from 10 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11 AM with Rev. Andrew Burd- Harris officiating. Interment will follow at Wolfe Cemetery.
