Frances Jean (Davis) Hagedorn

Frances Jean (Davis) Hagedorn, 93, of Morgantown, died Monday, May 18, 2020 at her home. She was born February 5, 1927 in Morgantown, a daughter of the late William Arlington and Sarah Myrtle (Johnson) Davis. Mrs. Hagedorn attended Nicholson Chapel Church for many years and retired from West Virginia University with several years of service. She is survived by her children, Lawrence Hagedorn, Mark Hagedorn and his wife Debbie, Sarah Edmunds and her husband John, and Patricia Feight and her husband Olyn; grandchildren, Angie, Candy, Beth, Justin, Kara, Heather, Jeremy, Jody, Josh, Jordan, and Aimee; 12 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; siblings, Willowdean and her husband Bud and Frances Lowe. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Guy Hagedorn; granddaughter, Ashley Dawn; and 8 siblings. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, a private family funeral service will be held with interment taking place at Nicholson Chapel Cemetery.
