Frank Albert Kisner

Frank Albert Kisner, 66, of Morgantown, passed away Tuesday, January 14th at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born July 15, 1948 in Preston County, WV, a son of the late Perry Commodore and Virginia Ann Guminey Kisner. He is survived by his wife, Peggy Ann (Mayle) Kisner. In addition to his wife, he is survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren with whom he loved spending time with, Ronnie Starkey, Traci Starkey, Angel Starkey, Jonathan Howard, Shyanna Starkey, Maddison Starkey, and Marrissa Starkey; and sisters, Leona Mayle and Sue Forman. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two daughters, Angela Starkey and Linda Kisner; a granddaughter, Brittany Howard; and many siblings.
