Jeffrey Barton Costilow

Jeffrey Barton Costilow, 62, of Morgantown, passed away at Ruby Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. Jeffrey was born on November 6, 1961, a son of Rita and Gerald Towns and the late John Barton Costilow. 

He is survived by his sister, Susan Harman, of Centreville, Virginia; and Kevin and Paula Towns, of Fairmont.

Friends and family will be received for both Jeffrey and his mother, Rita Towns, at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, on Saturday, February 7, from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Lawrence Rebelo officiating.

Private inurnment for both Jeffrey and Rita will be held at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens at a later date.
