John Chester

John Chester, 59, of Morgantown, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2011, at his home.John was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on March 27, 1951.John was a veteran of the U. S. Marine Corps, having served during the Vietnam War. He was employed with the Philadelphia Electric Company for 13 years. He loved football, particularly the Philadelphia Eagles, and proudly drove his oldest grandson to football practice every week. He was also a great lover of animals especially his two dogs Wizard and Hooch and his five cats. He is survived by his wife, Jean Meyers Chester two step-sons six grandchildren a brother and several nieces and nephews.Cremations services are being provided by Hastings Funeral Home.
