Karen Sue Ash Dalton, 74, of Morgantown, passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at her home. She was born April 7, 1951 in Fairmont, a daughter of the late Porter Dale and Dorothy Mae (Cunningham) Tinney.
Karen worked in the medical field as a secretary and caregiver. She loved spending time with her cat, Cuddles.
She is survived by her husband, Arlie William Dalton, Jr.; brothers and sisters in-law, Debbie Dalton and her husband Ted, Charlene McMillen and her companion Rick Morris, Cheryl Murray and her husband Gilbert, and , and Helen Tinney. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was loved by all.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Russell Ray Tinney.
Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, on Friday, August 8th from 1 PM until the time of the service at 2:00 PM with Pastor Donna Dalton officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
