Doug Smith, 68, of Morgantown (formerly of Charleston), passed away Saturday, February 2nd in Fairmont after a long illness. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Hastings Funeral Home in Morgantown and a memorial service will be planned in Charleston at a later time.
