Kristin Noelle Lipscomb, 40, of Morgantown, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 1, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on March 26, 1986, in Morgantown, the daughter of Ronnie (Becky) Bailey and Lora Bailey (Chris Davis).
She married Kenny Lipscomb on September 13, 2005. They have four beautiful children who were the light of her life, Ethan (Abby), Isaac, Aiden and Aubree.
Kristin enjoyed painting nails, decorating and crafting. She loved decorating for holidays especially her favorite holiday, Halloween.
Above and beyond, she cherished time with her husband and children, always putting her family before herself. She was looking forward to the arrival of her first grandchild.
She is survived by her loving husband, children, parents and her two sisters, Megan Bailey (Kenny Roberts), Tiffany Bailey (Adam Rodgers); sisters-in-law, Rosie (Jessica) Johnson, Hilma (Nicholas) Daugherty; brother-in-law, David (Lance) Feiner; nieces Kynslea Roberts, Kalianna Hoover, and Mara Feiner; nephews, Kamden and Karter Roberts, Jaxon and Bentley Ferrell, Maddox and Bode Rodgers, and Steele Daugherty; grandfather, Roger Kennedy; grandmother, Rose Ammie; father-in-law, Kenneth (Donna) Lipscomb and mother-in-law, Janet (Bruce) Revel. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Kristin was preceded in death by her grandfather, Charles Bailey and grandmothers, Lillie Hiner and Erma Jean Kennedy.
Friends and family will be received at Burns Chapel United Methodist Church, 1809 Summers School Rd, Morgantown, on Tuesday, October 6th from 2-9 PM. Visitation will continue at the church on Wednesday, October 7th from 10 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 AM with Pastor Donna Dalton officiating. Interment will follow at Nicholson Cemetery on Summers School Road.
