Laura Belle Beckner

Laura Belle Beckner, 45, of Parkersburg, passed away, Tuesday, May 16, 2017, at Ruby Memorial Hospital. Laura was born in Fairmont, on May 3, 1972, a daughter of the late Thomas and Edith Strosnider Brown. She is survived by her daughter, Samantha Lyons of Parkersburg, and son, Eric Shipley; 2 grandsons; brother, Roy Jenkins and wife Cindy; sister, Edith O’Dell and husband Lloyd “Bones”; and her beloved companion, Jeremy Cheeseman. In addition to her parents, Laura is preceded in death by her brother, David Strosnider. In accordance with her wishes cremation services were provided by Hastings Funeral Home, Omega Crematory.
