With profound sadness and immeasurable love, we announce the passing of Lisa Ann Namolek, who peacefully left this world at the age of 70, surrounded by the family she cherished above all else.
Born on February 24, 1956, she spent her life demonstrating what unconditional love and devotion to family truly look like. She was the beloved wife of Mike Namolek, her partner in life since their marriage in 1974. Through their nearly 52 years of marriage, they built a beautiful life with countless cherished memories including raising their daughter, Leigh Ann Namolek Bryan.
Lisa’s greatest joy, however, came from being “Mimi” to her precious grandchildren, Jackson and Everly. There are few words that can fully capture the love she had for them. She celebrated every milestone, every laugh, every hug, and every moment she could spend by their side. Being their Mimi wasn’t simply a title—it was one of her life’s greatest blessings.
She found happiness in life’s simple pleasures and taught the rest of us to do the same; sitting on her back porch, relaxing in the sunshine at the beach, fishing the waters of Shavers Fork alongside friends she came to treasure over the years, and being sure everyone always had enough to eat. More than anything, she loved bringing her family together. She created traditions that will continue for generations and memories that will forever live in the hearts of those fortunate enough to share them.
She leaves behind her loving husband, Mike Namolek; her daughter, Leigh Ann Bryan; her brother, Tom Horner (Diane) and nephew Tommy Horner; her sister, Trina Yucha (John) and nephew Johnny and his fiancée Katelyn Hilling ; and her cherished grandchildren, Jack and Everly Bryan; along with many extended family members, dear friends, and all whose lives were made brighter by knowing her.
Honoring Lisa's wishes, no funeral services will be held. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date with details to be shared by the family. She will be missed beyond words and loved beyond measure.
