Lonnie Ralph "Buckshot" Kelley, 81, of Kelly Rd., Morgantown, passed away Friday, October 26, 2018 at his home. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Hastings Funeral Home in Morgantown and there will be no public service. Memorial donations may be made at www.givingcompassion.care.
