Margaret "Sharon" Hashman, 62, of Maidsville, WV went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 13, 2020. She died at Ruby Memorial Hospital after a long battle with cancer. Sharon was born November 30, 1957 the daughter of the late Lena Rager, and Harry Martin. Sharon accepted Jesus Christ into her heart before leaving this world. She was a kind and compassionate person that dedicated her life to raising her children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was a strong woman that everyone admired. Sharon is survived by her husband of 40 years, Robert "Bob" Hashman; daughters Teresa Eddy and Crystal Daniels; son Robert "Jason" Hashman; son-in-laws Matthew Eddy, and Tyson Kellum; daughter-in-law Edna Thomas; grandchildren Isaac and Chloe Eddy, Dante Rich, Caiden Angle, Tessia Summers, Cody, Jackie, Zaniyah, Zamarion, and Zadia Hashman; sister Darla Hurst; brother Louis Martin, brother-in-laws Jim, Eddie, and Earl Pyles; sister-in-laws Cindy Fuller, and Dollie Smallwood. She also held a special place in her heart for her two nieces Andrea Heston, and Meagan Long Falls. In addition to her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by her brothers Paul Martin, Bill Martin, Alan Martin, and her twin. In accordance to Sharon's wishes cremation services are being provided by Hastings Funeral Home. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service at Hagans Christian Church, Co Rd 37, Maidsville, WV 26541 on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 11:00 a.m with Pastor Isaac Harmon.
