Margaret Ruth Eavenson

Margaret Ruth Eavenson, 88, of Morgantown, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born on March 2, 1928, the daughter of the late Charles Alphus Williams and Ida Mae (Wileman) Williams. Her greatest joys were her children and grandchildren. She was always willing to help anyone in need and loved gardening and drawing. She felt most at home in the woods and loved walks where she could enjoy the peacefulness of nature. She is survived by her children: Ron (Kay) Eavenson of Iowa , Karen (Maverick) Swanger, Kimberly Dawn (Steve) Trickett, and Nancy (Buck) Poole; her grandchildren: Taylor Eavenson, Shelby of Houston, Texas, Daniel, Jennifer, Amanda of Tennessee, Michelle (Jason) Nay and children Brittney and Kylie, Michael (Amber) Swanger and children Hope and Grant, Steven and Katelyn Trickett, and Dwayne and Brian Poole and many great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters: Lil Krause, Shirley Weston, Ann Marie Friel, and Mary Greer along with many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Donald D. Eavenson, and 16 brothers and sisters.
