Mary Jane Hughes

Mary Jane Hughes, 94, of Morgantown, passed away Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Madison Nursing & Rehab of Morgantown, WV. Mrs. Hughes was born in Pursglove on March 22, 1921, the daughter of the late Samuel Osecky, Sr. and the late Marina (Osabchuk) Osecky. She was a volunteer and Elder for the church at the Shack Neighborhood House. She is survived by her siblings, Helen Marie Selensky, Samuel Osecky, Jr. (Elizabeth), and Christine Godfrey (Don); and several nieces and nephews, including special niece Marianne Selensky and great nephew, Christopher Selensky and his fiancé, Jenny Blosser. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, John “Jack” Hughes; three sisters; and five brothers.
