Naomi Hamilton

Naomi Ruth Hamilton, 80, of Morgantown, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, November 14, 2019, with her husband by her side. Naomi was born on April 1st, 1939 in Fayette County, PA the daughter to the late John and Agnes (Golden) Strohsnider. She retired from Gentile Glass Company where she worked as a glass engraver for 28 years. She was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was small but mighty and was always an excellent provider and leader to her family. Naomi is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, James “Jim” Hamilton; her two daughters, Ginny Stahley and husband, Andy, and Joyce Kridle and husband, Mike; four grandchildren: Randi Johnson, Andrew Kridle, Amanda Stahley, and Danielle Stahley; four great-grandchildren; and her sister Clara Gentile. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son James Michael Hamilton and several brothers and sisters. In accordance with her wishes, Hastings Funeral Home/Omega Crematory will provide cremation services and no public services will be held.
