Norma Ouida Wolfe

Norma Ouida Wolfe, a life-long resident of Morgantown, West Virginia, died on November 10, at Point Manor Personal Care Home after a long battle with Alzheimer’s . She was born on October 1st, 1936 in Morgantown, West Virginia to the late George R. Hilling and Clara Dell Brewer Hilling. She had four siblings, Lorraine Brafford, Elwood Hilling, Kenneth Hilling and Maxine Palmer, all of whom preceded Norma in passing. Norma is survived by her husband of 59 years, Franklin Wolfe; her daughter, Lisa and spouse Tracy Runner; her son, Ricky Wolfe and spouse Jennifer and her grandchildren, Meagan O’Neill, Samuel Runner and Hannah Runner. Norma was a graduate of Morgantown High School. Shortly after graduation she began working for the phone company and subsequently worked at Mon General Hospital, West Virginia University Hospital and finally Holehouse & Rollins from where she retired. Norma enjoyed rooting for the Mountaineers, going to church, travelling and dinners with family. Friends and family will be received at the Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown on Friday, November 24 th from 7-9 PM and again on Saturday, November 25 th from 9:30 AM until the time of the funeral service at 10:30 AM.
