Norman Dalton

Norman F. Dalton Jr. of Kingwood passed away at home with his family by his side on Tuesday, September 18, 2018. He was born on December 27, 1956, to the late Norman F. and Mary J. Dalton. He was an Army veteran and served his country from the beginning of 1974 to the end of 1977. His favorite hobbies were cooking, hanging out with his buddies, watching NASCAR races and riding Harleys. He was a natural born salesman who could not pass up the opportunity to have a conversation with someone. He is survived by his wife, Peggy J. Dalton; his children, Kevin Dalton, Molly Dalton, David Pfost, Jeremy Dalton and spouse, Erica, and Craig Dalton; his stepchildren, Clifford Tenney and spouse, Cindy and Rachel Pfost; his brothers, David Dalton Sr. and spouse, Shannon, Gregory Dalton; his sisters, Mahala Equio and spouse, Bill, Christina "Nancy" Grizzle and spouse, Randy; his baby sister, Linda Wolfe and spouse, Roy. He is also survived by his numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Norman F. Dalton Sr.; his mother, Mary J. Dalton; His brothers Rev. George Pounds, Marvin McMillen and Robert "Joe" Dalton; his sisters, Nora Watkins and Rachel Dalton. Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, on Thursday, September 20th from 4-8 PM.
