Pam was a 1970 graduate from Morgantown High School where she played the clarinet and was a majorette in the marching band. Pam's educational journey included Dental Hygiene, Home Economics, and Chemical Engineering, degrees she earned from West Virginia University. Pam was employed with Aberdeen Proving Grounds for a few years during the 1980's as a civilian chemical engineer. She was also a realtor for a brief time.
Pam enjoyed playing tennis, watching her son-in-law play professional baseball and wearing the team attire, cheering for the Baltimore Ravens, and reading books related to engineering. She was a huge fan of the Beach Boys and knew many of the song lyrics by heart. She loved spending time with family members and thoroughly enjoyed the family gatherings during special occasions. Pam had two beloved dogs too, Arianna and Lexi, who preceded her in death.
Pam was a loving sister with a big heart. Religion was an essential part of her life. We are confident that she is now embraced in the arms of the Lord. She will be deeply missed.
Friends and family will be received at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, 447 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 20505 on Friday, September 5, from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Father Jon Emanuelson officiating. Interment will follow at East Oak Grove Cemetery.
