Patsy Ann Dalton

Patsy Ann Dalton, 65, of Morgantown, passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at her home. She was born in Baltimore, MD, on July 14, 1957, daughter of Ruby Baker and the late Elwood Baker.

In addition to her mother, Patsy is survived by her children, Jeffrey Morris and Amy Jo Dalton; was a beloved nanny to her grandchildren, Quentin Morris, Brevin Morris, Chancery Morris, Owen Risovich and Julian Griffin; and siblings, Doug Baker (Melisa) and Vickie Duckworth.

In addition to her father, Patsy is preceded in death by her sister, Susan Davis.

She was known to family and friends to be a loving and giving person. She also doted and loved her fur babies.
