Richard Alvin Fraley

Richard Alvin Fraley, 69, of Morgantown, passed away Friday, August 3, 2018 at his residence. He was born June 4, 1949 in Morgantown, a son of Jean (Kisner) Friend and step son of the late Harold “Abe” Friend. He was a graduate of University High School. Rich served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was a member of the Masontown VFW #1589. He was a quiet, gentle soul that cared very much for his mom, cousins, and his many good friends. He had a great love of animals and life. In addition to his step father, he is also preceded in death by his father, Augustus Fraley; brother, Randy Lee Fraley; and grandmother, Mabel L. Kisner.
