Robin Lee White

Robin L. White, 60, of Morgantown, passed away Wednesday, August 17th at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born December 25th, 1955 in Morgantown, a daughter of the late Opal L. White. Robin was a Methodist by faith. She had 42 years of service at Mylan Pharmaceutical and was a dedicated sister, aunt, and friend. In her free time, she enjoyed bowling, softball, and loved spending time with cats, her friends and family. She is survived by her brother, William C. White, Sr.; brother in law, Robert G. Stansberry, Sr.; nieces and nephews, William C. White, Jr. and his wife Clarissa, C.J. White, Aaron White and his wife Jennifer, Robert G. Stansberry, Jr. and his wife Valerie, and Amy Stansberry; great nieces and nephews, Carmen White, Christian White, Ava White, Charlotte White, and Jacklyn Lewis; and her four legged friends, Simon, Tori, and Lacey. She is also survived by good friend Alesia Chipps, and by many other loving friends and relatives. In addition to her mother, she is also preceded in death by siblings, Glen J. White and Christine A. Stansberry; and grandparents, Joseph C. and Ella Marie Powell. Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, on Saturday, August 20th from 4-8 PM. Visitation will continue at Nicholson Chapel Church, Summers School Rd., Morgantown on Sunday, August 21st from 2 PM until the time of the funeral service at 3 PM with Reverend Susan Metcalf officiating.
