Rosemary Williams Hatfield of Brookhaven Rd, Morgantown, passed on to be with her beloved husband, Andy J. Hatfield and her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Friday, December 5, 2025.
Rosemary was the daughter of the late Max O. Williams and Lora V. Corley Williams Fulk and her stepfather, Willard W. Fulk, whom she loved as a father.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Andy J. Hatfield, who passed away in 2005.
She loved the nature around her that God provided. She was a member of The Living by Faith Church since 1965.
Rosemary was the mother of seven children. She was an LPN and retired from Monongalia General Hospital. She was a past president for several years for the Brookhaven Ladies Auxiliary Fire Department. She babysat for several children in her home. She was employed at different schools throughout the county. She was a Lieutenant for the Morgantown Police reserves, holding the office of secretary for several years.
She is survived by her children and their spouses, Rose Ann Bryner and her husband, John, Donna J. Shinkovich and her husband, Donald, daughter-in-law, Brenda Loya, Robert P. Loya, Paulette McIntire and her husband, Larry, and David A. Loya; as well as brothers, Max O. Williams, and half-brothers, Terry A. Fulk, Jeff S. Fulk, as well as several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren and their spouses, 38 great grandchildren and their spouses, and 10 great great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Rosemary was preceded in death by her son, George A. Loya, John C. Loya, son-in-law, Mike Nelson, sister, Mildred “Millie” Williams Saab and brother-in-law, John P. Saab, niece, Pamela Saab Meador, sister-in-law, Bonnie May and brother-in-law, Wally Minear.
Donations may be made in her memory to Living by Faith Church, 476 Broadway Ave., Star City, 26505.
Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown on Thursday, December 11th from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 Noon with Pastor Andy Fominko officiating. Interment will follow at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens in Westover. Following the graveside service, all are invited to share in a meal and continue celebrate her life at the Mt. Morris Gospel Tabernacle Church in Mt. Morris, PA.
