Ruth Bailey

Ruth Ellen (Dunham) Bailey, 67, of Morgantown, passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at her home. She was born December 26, 1951 in Morgantown, the daughter of the late Joseph and Norma Dunham. She was Catholic by faith and loved spending time with her grandchildren. In her free time, she liked going to the beach, casino, and tanning. She is survived by her children, Lisa Powroznik and her husband Todd and Patrick Davis and his wife Loretta; grandchildren, David Moore, Savanna Powroznik, Gavin Powroznik, Joel Roberts, Hanna Davis, Evan Davis, and Abigail Davis; siblings, Diana Preston, Thomas Dunham, Marie Dunham, Margaret DeWitt, and Paul Dunham; her ex husband, David Lee Davis; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Philip Bailey; sister, Patricia Dunham; and nephew, Neil Preston. Hastings Funeral Home has been entrusted with cremation arrangements. Friends and family will be received at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, 3334B University Ave., Morgantown, on Friday from 9 AM until the time of the mass at 11 AM with Father John V.
