Shirley Johnson

Shirley Diane Johnson, 81, of The Village at Heritage Point in Morgantown, passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2020, at Mon Health & Rehabilitation Center. She was born on July 30, 1938, at Brandonville, WV, the daughter of the late Clarence Dewey Kelly and Sadie Otha Bishoff. Shirley is survived by her children: Richard D. Johnson and wife, Christy, of Morgantown, Sharon V. Maynard and husband, Stan, of Woodstock, VA, Robert J. Johnson, and wife, Patricia, of Morgantown; grandchildren: Joseph D. Johnson of Myrtle Beach, SC, Sarah Thompson and husband, Mason, of Bunker Hill, WV, Kathleen and companion, KJ, and Laura Maynard both of Woodstock, VA, Abraham, Abigail, Isaac, Silas, Agnes, Uriah Johnson, all of Morgantown; great-grandchildren, Madilyn McConkey and Eli Shade; and sister-in-law, Donna Biess. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph A. Johnson who passed away in 2013. Friends and family can be received at Pierpont Church of the Nazarene, 52 Harner Run, Morgantown on Saturday, January 18th from 3 p.m. until the time of the service at 5 p.m. with her daughter-in-law, Rev. Christy Johnson officiating.
