Emma Lucille Lose, 88, passed away peacefully at home in Ashburn GA, on April 23, 2024. She was born March 10, 1936 in Independence WV, daughter of the late Edgel and Madge Lambert. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Lose; daughters, Sheila Lipscomb and Pamela Lose; one sister(Kathryn Reed) and eight brothers (Nelson, Donald, James, Daniel, William, Willis, Gary, and Paul.) She is survived by one sister, Helen Bosely (husband Darrell) of Ashburn GA; granddaughters, Kristina Wilson (husband Jacob) and Lola Lipscomb, and one great granddaughter Callie Wilson. Along with many nieces and nephews. Emma was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1950 and spent decades teaching others precious Bible truths. Her enthusiasm for this special Bible education work and love for people were clearly evident. Emma enjoyed volunteering on many Kingdom Hall construction projects as a cook and kitchen helper. She also loved being a wife, mother and a homemaker. She set a beautiful example in hospitality and caring for the needs of others. Throughout Emma’s life, her main focus was serving her God Jehovah and helping others come to know Him. She had strong faith in the resurrection hope. An expression of immense gratitude to our beautiful family in Georgia, who loyally cared for Emma with great love and diligence over the last three years. We are forever grateful. A memorial service will be held at the Morgantown Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 379 Smithtown Rd, on Sunday May 5, 2024 at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at JW.org. Condolences may be made to the family at www.hastingsfuneralhome.com
